Yay, I'm actually happy with how this one turned out. :3 I was trying some new things with the eyes, and I wanted something Paint-like and was too impatient to use Paint, so I used the pencil tool for the first time on Photoshop.

Hi KokoKiero! I'm Frappe from here for the comment tag!
Every time I find pokemon fan art, it makes me feel nostalgic. Raichu is so adorable and cute here. Is he trying to carefully jump down from that tree stump or did s/he find anything interesting among the grass?
The coloring and shading of raichu looks good! I notice y ou added in a bit of purple/pink to emphasize the shadows below the body. The grass looks very thick and it's nice to see the different colors of green! I find that drawing with the pencil tool on photoshop is really hard and I'm impressed of how yours turned out. Did you use a tablet? Or just a mouse?
You could make smoother line art with photoshop's pen tool as well. I was wondering why you didn't use that one instead? Well, you did say you wanted to draw something paint-like so that must be it
Anyways, great job!
